conditions of attendance
for all our courses
TEACHING:
Since its founding in 1963 by Friedrich Mandl, the Mandl-Course organisation has successfully promoted and undertaken the teaching of languages in intensive courses to foreign and Austrian children.
Wilfried Mandl is the managing director of the organisation.
Our aim is to strengthen and enhance the communicative ability of our students within their chosen language.
For this purpose our employment of native speakers has proved itself of the utmost value.
COURSE STRUCTURE:
The academic success of our courses has been achieved , we believe, because of various factors: homogeneity- students are setted into groups of equal ability, class size- classes are limited to a maximum of nine students- and the quality of our teaching. 25 lessons are taught each week and comprise: text book study, grammar practice, reading, conversation, listening comprehension, pronaunciation practice as well as three pieces of written work (an essay, a written retelling and a dictation).
At the successful conclusion of a course a certificate of achievement is awarded.
COURSE REGULATIONS:
We would like to draw the attention of the young people, entrusted to our care, to the following rules, enforced on all our courses. No smoking for children under the age of sixteen, no consumption of alcohol during the course, no boys in girls´rooms and of course vice versa.
Breaking these rules leads, in the first instance,to an official warning. Further transgressions, indecent behaviour or criminal offences will result in expulsion from the course.
CONDITIONS OF ATTENDANCE:

The accompanying registration form should be completed and returned to us. Further we ask for a payment
